Success !

Music examinations are not for everyone - many of my pupils, especially some of the adults are not interested in them at all - and I understand that.

Examinations do however give developing musicians "a course to follow" - and a considerable feeling of satisfaction and achievement when successfully working through the various grades.

Within a teaching career of nearly forty-one years I have placed many hundreds of successful Piano and Flute examination candidates - ranging from "Grade One" to "Grade Eight" and beyond.

Most of these successes have been in "Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music" examinations - although some pupils prefer the "Trinity Guildhall" examination system.
